About RoboSport

A home for the
sport of tomorrow.

Robot sports bring engineering, competition and human ingenuity together. We make them easier to follow, understand and get involved in.

A starting point. And a place to go deeper.

Whether you’ve just watched your first robot fight or you’re looking for an autonomous racing competition, RoboSport brings the wider world of competitive robotics into one place.

Our coverage spans robot combat, robot football, humanoid events, autonomous racing and student competitions. These activities have different aims and different rules. We explain those differences so you can find the parts that interest you.

Start with the sport profiles, explore a question in our guides, or head to the resource directory for the organisations behind the action.

Original guides. Attributed news.

Our guides and sport profiles are original explanatory articles. They introduce the formats, technology and practical questions that help you understand a competition, with links for further reading.

Our news section gathers briefings and links to reporting from other publishers and organisers. Each story identifies its source and links to the original report. A briefing is a starting point; the full reporting, imagery and associated rights belong to the original publisher.

We do not present linked news as reporting we carried out ourselves. News publication dates refer to the source story, while guide review dates refer to our explanatory content.

Useful links, with context.

We label links as Official when they point to a competition, governing organisation, project or its own published material. Community links lead to independent resources that help fans and builders follow the sport.

Descriptions explain what you can find at each destination. A listing is a route to more information; it does not mean that a resource is endorsed by every organiser or that RoboSport is affiliated with it.

Rules, event schedules, eligibility and entry costs can change. Follow the organiser’s current rules and event information before entering a competition or planning a visit. Our guides provide context and do not replace those requirements.

The current guide and resource collection was reviewed on . Individual guides also show a review date.

An independent view of the field.

RoboSport is an independent resource from Manx Digital. We are not an official website for any competition, federation, team or manufacturer featured here. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our aim is to help people discover robot sports and make informed choices about what to watch, learn and build.
